![]() Auxiliary device for boats.
专利摘要:
The auxiliary device is initially a paddle, rudder or boat hook. In at least a second function, it can be used as a support in the manner of a bipod, for example as a stable and stable tree support for a sailboat. For this purpose, it has at least two sub-elements (1, 2), which are connected by a common axis (6) and each about this axis (6) against each other are pivotable. As a result, the shaft (3) can be opened in a scissor-like manner from a first, closed position into at least one second, open position. The particular advantage is to form an auxiliary device already present on the boat so that it fulfills several purposes to save space. 公开号:CH710289A2 申请号:CH01648/14 申请日:2014-10-27 公开日:2016-04-29 发明作者:Koller Urs 申请人:Koller Urs; IPC主号:
专利说明:
The present invention relates to an auxiliary device for boats, especially paddle, rudder or boat hook. Mainly it is about sailboats and especially to their tree. The tree is guided at its front end on the mast. The Baumnock, so the rear end, protrudes freely and, unless the main sail is set, must be kept accordingly. This is usually a Dirk, that is, a rope that is guided over the mast top. For longer periods of rest, especially when the boat is covered and also weighs the weight of the tarpaulin on the tree, it is known to relieve the Dirk. For this purpose, a support is placed under the tree. Preferably, this is a bipod to ensure sufficient stability. Especially on smaller boats but the storage space is limited, so that the entrainment of an additional object, such as a bulky tree support, is annoying. On the basis of these findings, the invention has the object to provide an auxiliary device for boats, which can be used in addition to another purpose, as a stable support, for example as a tree support. The inventive auxiliary device corresponds to the characterizing features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the inventive concept are apparent from the dependent claims. To the prescribed equipment, or auxiliary devices, for example, includes a paddle or rudder. But this can also be a boat hook or the like. The latter are available in various designs, also as linen threaders. The big advantage of the invention is to form an auxiliary device already present on the boat so that it fulfills several purposes, in particular a stable and stable support, namely a bipod. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawing.<Tb> FIG. Fig. 1 shows a view of an auxiliary device, here a paddle, in a first, closed position;<Tb> FIG. 2 <SEP> shows the same auxiliary device in a second, open position;<Tb> FIG. 3 - 6 <SEP> show possible details and further functions of the auxiliary device according to the invention. The auxiliary device shown in the example is a paddle in its basic function. In the illustration according to FIG. 1, it can be used as a paddle in a first, closed position. For example, it can essentially be made of wood. However, other materials such as plastic or metal are also possible. The auxiliary device has two sub-elements 1 and 2, which together form the shaft 3, the knob 4 and the blade 5 of the paddle. The shaft 3 is thus divided into two parts lengthwise, one could also speak of two juxtaposed shafts 3. In any case, the two sub-elements 1 and 2 are connected by a common axis 6, for example a bolt. The sub-elements 1 and 2 are each pivotable about this axis 6 against each other. The axis 6 is arranged in a preferred embodiment in the vicinity of the knob 4 or handle, or in the vicinity of the blade 5 facing away from the end 7 of the shaft 3, but with a certain distance 8. This allows the two sub-elements 1 and 2 pivoted against each other be that they go apart above and below the axis 6 and open like scissors. The second, open position is shown in Fig. 2. In this position results in a bipod. This can be used as a support, especially as a tree support. The only schematically, indicated in cross-section tree 9 rests in the opening 8 through the distance 8 between the axis 6 and the free end 7 of the shaft 3, which forms a support 10 for the tree 9. At the respective contact area of the shaft 3, a bearing surface 12 may be made of a material which is softer relative to the shaft 3, for example a rubber-elastic material. By at the opposite end 11, so in the region of the two-part sheet 5 opening, second angle of the auxiliary device, there is a broad and stable state of the support. This end 11 could have a base 13, which consists of a relative to the shaft 3 or sheet 5 softer material, such as a rubber-elastic material. This would on the one hand slipping of the support and on the other hand damage, or scratching the boat surface prevented. The opening angle 14 of the type of a bipod serving as a support auxiliary device can be arbitrary per se. It depends on the respective boat and location. As a rule, the support will be arranged in the cockpit so that the opening angle 14 is predetermined by its width and also a further opening of the support is impossible. It is also conceivable, however, arranged between the two sub-elements 1 and 2 locking device which limits the opening angle 14 and prevents the support to an uncontrolled, further opening. This could be a rope, for example. In order to hold the auxiliary device in the first, closed position, which serves as a paddle in the present embodiment, a corresponding lock 15 may be present. This can have at least one magnet. For example, a magnet and a metal plate, which are respectively disposed on a half of the sheet 5. But it is also possible a lock with at least one bolt, a latch hook, a clip or the like. Suitable facilities are technically known per se. The decisive factor is that the two sub-elements 1 and 2 are held together so that they can not be solved undesirable from the first, closed position. The auxiliary device according to FIG. 3 may have a boat hook 16. In this example, at the knob 4 or handle, or at the upper end 7 of at least one of the two sub-elements 1 or 2, a boat hook 16 is formed. This is also part of the purchase 4 and thus has a double function. And the auxiliary device at the same time a third function. 4, the two sub-elements 1 and 2 of the auxiliary device can be swung out so that their shafts 3 or sheep halves approximately form a straight line. As a result, the auxiliary device reaches a considerable length. This third position is useful when a greater range is needed. For example, a magnet usable as a search magnet 17 may be arranged at at least one end 11. This can be in the harbor or in shallower water overboard metal objects get out of the water. The ability fittings or tool, but also keys and glasses. It is conceivable to design and arrange the magnet associated with a detent 15 described above in such a way that it can simultaneously serve as a search magnet 17. Further possibilities to arrange a boat hook, can be seen in the two Figs. 5 and 6. In Fig. 5 a boat hook 18 is cut in the sheet 5, which points in a first direction 19. In Fig. 6, a corresponding boat hook 20, which has a second direction 21. With the first boat hook 18, for example, a mooring line can be fetched from a footbridge and with the second boat hook 20, conversely, a mooring line can be passed to a footbridge. There may be different variants to these designs. Either only one boat hook type is available. Or on the sheet half of each sub-element 1 or 2 one of the two types of boat hooks or both on a sheet 5 next to each other. It is within the scope of the invention to form the auxiliary device in detail differently than drawn. So it is not absolutely necessary that it is designed primarily as a paddle. It may be a similar in principle oar or even a boat hook. The bipod resulting in the open position is not exclusively used as a tree support. It would also be conceivable, for example, to use as a support for a tarpaulin.
